Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood also continues the story of Subject 16. Throughout Rome you will find 10 glyphs that will help you unravel the mystery of Subject 16 and the Apple of Eden. You can see each glyph by using Eagle Vision. Each glyph corresponds to a cluster of puzzles. Keep in mind, it doesn't matter which glyph you find first, you will be presented with the clusters in order. Follow the videos below and you will unlock:

This is a map of all the locations of the Glyphs
The numbers on the map correspond with the location text below.
- The glyph is on the southern face of the Castel Sant'Angelo, to the right of a circular window you can spot from the rampart south of it. If you're having a hard time accessing the castle, load up the memory Femme Fatale.
- On the north face of the Rose in Fiore, near the roof.
- You'll spot the glyph from the inside of the Pantheon. It's mounted on a wall above the entryway.
- On the north-facing wall of a tall tower.
- The glyph is on the big wall, deep inside the fort.
- On the east side of the outside of the wall surrounding Bartolomeo's fort.
- You need to climb to the top of the Colosseum to find this glyph, on the outside wall facing northwest.
- On the back side of a large building atop a short cliff.
- The glyph is on the north-facing side of the tall tower in the area.
- Look on the north face of the aqueduct arches.
Below is all the solutions for the Clusters:
Cluster Solution 1:
- From left to right, pick the following:
Row 1: 1, 3, 4
Row 2: 3, 5 - Then move the white pawn in column E two spaces forward.
- Activate the blinking red dot in the upper right corner on the screen, then activate it.
Cluster Solution 2:
- There are three ring puzzles to get through. You have to rotate the rings do they match up with the centre piece. With either or , follow these:
Puzzle 1: Up 2, Left 3, Down 2, Left 4, Up 1, Right 2, Up 2, Left 4
Puzzle 2: Right 5, Up 3, Left 2, Down 1, Left 4, Down 1, Left 5
Puzzle 3: Up 3, Right 1, Down 1, Right 5, Down 1, Right 4, Down 1, Right 3 - Move the pawn in column F forward two spaces.
- There are two blinking red zones, one in the lower-right corner and one in the upper-left. Highlight one and "activate" before quickly moving to the next. If you're too slow, the puzzle will reset.
Cluster Solution 3:
Cursor over the color picture of a building to the right and zoom in, then cursor over the flag sticking out of the top of the building on the left and select.
The code wheel and the key in the upper-left corner of the screen let you figure out the passcode. The characters you need are:
2: A character that looks like a 4.
7: A zero with a strike going from down-left to up-right.
9: A zero with a strike going from down-right to up-left.
8: A backward=looking 4.
Use the white pawn in column F to jump (up-left) the black pawn in column E.
There are two blinking red zones again, one in the upper-right corner and one in the lower-left corner.
Cluster Solution 4:
From left to right, pick the following:
Row 1: 2, 3, 5
Row 2: 4, 5
There's one ring puzzle to get through, so do the following:
Up 2, Right 4, Down 2, Right 1, Up 3, Right 1, Down 2, Left 4
Move the white pawn in column G up one spot, blocking the black queen's path to the white king.
On the sound wave, pick the left and middle waves to make up with the preexisting ones.
There are two blinking red zones, one in the lower-left corner of the screen and one in the upper-left.
Cluster Solution 5:
Move the white queen (the queen piece is in the D column) one space up and to the right, placing the queen in front of the king.
Cursor over the picture in the upper-left corner of the screen and zoom in. Highlight the lightning bolt between the hands of the figure in the ceiling mural and select it.
For the passcode, select the following:
7: Half-moon shape.
3: Four forward slashes.
7: A box with a line through it vertically.
9: A box with an odd character inside.
There are three blinking red zones. One is in the lower-right, one in the upper-right, and one in the centre-left parts of the screen.
Cluster Solution 6:
Cursor over the black-and-white photo on the far left and zoom in. Highlight the back of the man in the white shirt near the bottom of the photo and select it.
For the passcode select the following:
5: 20
6: 27
1: 33
8: 13
From the combination of the six waves, select the following: the left and middle waves in the top row and the left wave in the bottom row.
Move the white knight in column G up two spaces and left one space, putting into column F next to a white pawn.
There are three blinking red zones. One in the lower-right, one lower-centre (just left) and one upper-centre (just right).
Cluster Solution 7:
From left to right, pick the following:
Row 1: 2, 4
Row 2: 2, 3, 5
Move over to the picture of the judges and zoom in. Then over to the left hand of the man in the centre of the bottom row and select.
For the passcode, select:
4: C
8: M
2: Z
1: K
Move the white knight in column B up two spaces and right one, into column C ahead of a white pawn.
There are three blinking red zones. One in the upper-right corner, one in the lower-middle (just right), and one in the mid-left (just up) portion of the screen.
Cluster Solution 8:
There's one ring puzzle to get through, so do the following:
Left 5, Up 3, Left 3, Down 2, Right 1, Down 1, Left 1
For the sound wave, select the left wave in the top row, the middle wave in the second row and the middle and right waves in the bottom row.
Move the white king in column E up and right one space, into column F on top of the picture of a car.
There are five blinking red zones.
Cluster Solution 9:
From left to right, pick the following:
Row 1: 2, 3
Row 2: 1, 3, 5
For the soundwaves, select the left and right waves in the top row, the right wave in the second row, no waves in the third row, and the right wave in the bottom row.
Move the white bishop in column F up and to the right one space, into column G and between the white king and a white pawn.
There are five blinking red zones.
Cluster Solution 10:
There's one ring puzzle to get through, so do the following:
Right 2, Up 3, Right 5, Down 2, Right 2
From left to right, select the following:
Row 1: 3, 4
Row 2: 1, 3, 5
Move over the top picture and zoom in, and then move over the empty sky above the buildings to find an eagle.
For the passcode, select:
4: 89
0: 5
4: 334
8: 21
For the soundwaves, select the left wave in the top row, the middle wave in the second row, and the right wave in the third, fourth, fifth and bottom rows.
Pick up the white king piece in column F and move it off of the board.
There's a long strand of blinking red spots. Highlight and select each and every blinking red spot to clear the screen.
